Vinny Provenzano is lead Pastor at the Derby campus. He has been on staff at New Life for 20 plus years . . .  WOW, we didn't realize he was that old. He loves to laugh, eat and read . . . all in large quantities. His passions are church planting, technology, and his family.

Billy Rybczyk does an awesome job with our Crossfire and Crossroads groups. He also helps families in our church plan for a better financial future with periodic Newsletters, Workshops, and one on one guidance. He lives in Seymour and is married to a GREAT gal named Cynthia. She happens to be a dental hygenist, so you will undoubtedly notice how great his teeth look. Cynthia is also involved in our Crossfire and Crossroads groups. Billy also serves as a Deacon in our church.  Oh, yea, he would also want us to let you know that he is a Red Sox fan!

Kenny Montlick came on board via our Trumbull campus, once here he took over our Clubhouse, Clubhouse JR, and Little Tikes Ministries. He gets plenty of help form Jennifer Barriga, Nereida Provenzano, and Jen Ballaro coordinating all the different programs for these age groups. Ken also organizes the many folks that teach in these various ministries. Recently Kenny married a GREAT girl he met right here at the church named Patty . . . so he will be smiling . . . ALOT!

Pablo Barriga came to our church when New Life Derby first started and meet in a local school, over the years he has filled a number of roles for us but has really settled into his niche in leading the Worship Team. He has three college age kids (so if he offers to go out for coffee you may want to pay). His wife Jennifer leads our Sunday evening Kidzone experience.

Flo Roberts coordinates most of our office communication and keeps our database straight . . . YIKES! She was one of the original 14 people that planted the church in Derby.
